Features and facilities mean nothing if they are too difficult to use. In our latest version of Membership Co-ordinator not only have we added many innovative and powerful facilities but we have redesigned it to be even more friendly, easier to use and personlised to your preferences.

Based on our experience of more than 25 years producing software for churches and charities our design philosophy in creating our brand new membership system was to deliver flexibility, ease of use, practicality, excellent reporting and communication facilities.

Flexibility - includes items such as the ability to design you own reports, create you own fields in which to store information (in addition to the ones we provide) store and record as many general and confidential notes as you wish, query the information in many different ways. Plus much more.

Practicality - Includes items such as a customisable colour palette (which could help dyslexic people for example), the ability you resize windows which also increases or decreases the size of the text so helping with people who may struggle with text on a screen, more intelligent and friendly screen designs to ensure they aren't too crowded plus much more.

Excellent reporting facilities - many new and improved reports have been included including a new booklet style directory, the ability to create you own reports and labels, export all reports as a PDF, Word, Excel, mail merge directly into Microsoft Word. You can also supply maps and turn by turn directions from Membership Co-ordinator to help visitors, people attending meetings etc plus much more.

Communication - Facilities include being able to send emails to everyone, individuals or groups of people as required from Membership Co-ordinator, send text messages (an account is required for this) to remind people of meetings, new service times, news etc. Links to Microsoft Outlook so iPhone, Blackberry and other Smartphone users who can link to Microsoft Outlook can download contact details for the people they are responsible for, plus much more.
