The Charities Act	The Charities Act was introduced in 1993 and became law in 1997. It requires that charities and churches produce accounts in a true and complete way. Cashcall is a full fund accounting package which produces the accounts in accordance with the Charities Act and Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP). At year-end Cashcall produces all the necessary reports with a few mouse clicks including the Statement of Financial Activity (SOFA) and full analysis of Funds. Fund accounting is not only a requirement of the Charities Act but it also gives a more complete picture of the organisation's financial position which is always helpful. HMRC approved schedules	Donations Co-ordinator records all donations whether tax reclaimable or not. At the required time your claim form can be produced at the click of a button. It also calculates all of the figures required and prints them on to HMRC approved schedules ready for submission. Click here for more information.

Accounts
Cashcall has been designed to handle the accounts of churches and charities as required by the Charities Act. It records designated, restricted and endowment funds with full reporting, budgets, account analysis, prepayments and accruals and will print a SOFA.

Gift aid
Donations Co-ordinator will manage donations, taxable or not with ease. It produces the necessary schedules, approved by the Inland Revenue. Donations Co-ordinator also provides full audit trailing, retrospective claims, statistical analysis, Gift Aid declarations and label printer.
