Hardware requirements
Our software requires a
Pentium computer, 32MB RAM, 30MB hard disk space, SVGA monitor
(1024x768 pixels), Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows ME, Windows
XP or Vista (excluding Vista 64).
Licensing policy
Data Developments (UK) Ltd products are
licensed to individual churches or charities. The software may
be used on as many computers as necessary as long as the software
is only used for that one individual church or charity. Additional
licences may be purchased at a discount. For circuits or team

Pricing policy
The price shown on either the 'Product
details' page or the 'Order ' page is the price that will be
charged to UK customers for the single licence version of that
program. A single delivery charge of £3 is added to each
order irrespective of the number of items purchased. All prices
shown are inclusive of VAT unless specifically stated otherwise.
Data Developments (UK) Ltd reserves the right to change prices
without prior notice. For overseas customers please contact
us.
Privacy policy
Data Developments (UK) Ltd is committed
to ensuring the complete privacy of our customers. Customer
details are stored securely at our main site. All personal information
is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection
Act 1998. This information is used for order processing, technical
support and for contacting and identifying customers and their
needs. Despite the potential to earn profit from renting or
selling customer lists Data Developments (UK) Ltd has made the
decision not to do so and have no future plans to change this
decision.
At any time customer can unsubscribe from receiving our newsletter
by calling 01902 824044. To the best of our knowledge the information
we hold is accurate and up to date. You can check the information
we hold about you by emailing talk2us@datadevelopments.co.uk.
If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them
promptly.
Unsolicited ('spam') email
Data Developments (UK) Ltd does not send
information via email, unless requested. If in future this policy
changes we will only send information to those who opt to receive
it.
Complaints procedure
Data Developments (UK) Ltd strives to
ensure that all customers are completely satisfied with the
products and/or services that they receive. All complaints are
investigated by either Stephen Ibbs or Alan Redmond, the founding
partners of Data Developments (UK) Ltd. If you have a complaint
then you may either write (click here

You will receive an acknowledgment within 5 working days with
an estimated timescale for investigating and resolving the complaint.
Throughout this process we will keep you informed of the progression
of the complaint by either post or email.
Returns policy
Defective products may be returned, free
of charge, within 30 days of the date of invoice and a refund
or replacement will be given. No opened, registered or non-defective
software will be accepted. All returns must be accompanied with
a RMA number. To obtain this number call (01902) 824045 or email
support@datadevelopments.co.uk.
When returning non-defective software
it is your responsibility to cover the cost of shipping unless
other arrangements have been made. Please use a carrier company
that can track and insure packages as Data Developments (UK)
Ltd is not responsible for goods lost, stolen or damaged. When
the returned product has been received we will credit your account
within 30 days or send you a new copy of the software.
