This is a fully graphical 'banded' report designer making it easy and flexible to use. Simply build a report on screen using 'Drag-and-Drop' options to place information from your data file on the report in the required position.

In addition to selecting the information you can also add lines, boxes, headers, footers, totals, pictures etc. So for example you can easily include your organisation's logo at the top of the report.

Totals, sub-totals and other calculations can be added to the reports. You can also include any True Type font that you may have installed in Windows.

You are not restricted to designing reports only, you could also design letters and labels.

Once you have designed your report or label a page preview facility allows you to see the report before committing it to paper.
