Certificates and CRB's.
When required for those working with children or vulnerable
people you can record the details of CRB's including
the review date. In additional you can use the certificates
facility to record other useful certificate information
- first aid, food hygiene, minibus certificate etc.
You can then produce reports of these including details
of outstanding reports, those due for renewal and also
people that require a CRB check.
General notes allow you to enter as much information
as you wish and are stored against the relevant person.
You can view and print these notes at any point..
Encrypted/confidential notes work in the same
way as general notes but the information is encrypted.
This means that notes cannot be read in any other program.
Also within Membership Co-ordinator you can prevent
users from seeing any encrypted notes. So protecting
private or sensitive information.
Salutation and greetings are generated automatically
when people are added so saving time and effort. You
can either accept the defaults or enter your own greeting.
Photos can be store and are used within
the navigation pane. Therefore if you have two John
Smith records you can quickly and easily check to see
if you are on the correct record simply by looking at
the photo. Also for an administrator or minister new
to the organisations this can make identifying people
much easier and quicker.
Membership Co-ordinator can link
directly into Microsoft Word to produce mail-merged
or personalised letters to your selected group
of recipients. If you don't use Word then you can easily
produce an export file from which you can mail-merge
in most other modern word processors.
You can record relationships
in Membership Co-ordinator. These could be parents,
uncles, aunts, grandparents cousins etc. This can make
it much easier for new people to the organisation to
see the larger family groups and links between them.
