Software that re-defines computerised membership administration
Other features
As required for those working
with children or vulnerable people Security Check
details can be recorded with a review date. Any notes
that need to be recorded can be detailed in general
or encrypted notes.
General notes allow you to type in as much information
as you wish and are stored in standard RTF format. This
means that they can be transferred to other programs.
Encrypted notes work in the same way as general
notes but the information is encrypted. This means that
notes cannot be read in any other program. Also within
Membership Co-ordinator you can prevent users from seeing
any encrypted notes. So protecting private or sensitive
information.
Salutation and greetings are generated automatically
when people are added so saving time and effort. You
can either accept the defaults or enter your own greeting.
A Calendar report can be produced for an individual
or household showing events, groups, visits etc. in
which they are involved. This report can assist people
to remember and see regular and infrequent commitments.
The Auditing facilities in Membership Co-ordinator
allows any number of users to be created. The person
with Administrator rights decides who has what access
to the various features and data within the program.
Any changes made to the main records by any user are
tracked with date, time, the user details and both the
old and new value retained. Consequently you are able
to reverse the change if required.
You can also track which screen a user has visited.
So if you are training a new user and want to ensure
that they follow a certain sequence of screens you can
check this.
