Network version
The standard version of Membership
Co-ordinator will run on a network and allow any number
of users to be setup and each user can be assigned their
own access rights. However only ONE person can access
the program at any one time.
There may be occasions (such as in larger offices) where
a number of users need to access the system at the same
time (multiple access). We have therefore developed
a network version of Membership Co-ordinator.
This network version has all of the features included
in the standard version and in addition includes uprated
audit tracking (to track multiple users and their changes),
record updating and allows multiple users to access
the system simultaneously.
In the network version, for example, User 1 can add
records whilst User 2 is printing reports and User 3
is creating new tasks. All of which can be individually
tracked by the program's auditing system so maintaining
the high level of security that personal data requires.
