There are a wide range of reports
and labels available within Membership Co-ordinator.
These include directory reports (including a booklet
style directory report), birthday, calendar, certificate,
groups, skills, visiting plus many other reports. These
can all be previewed, printed and output as Word, Excel,
Open office, PDF or HTML files. which enables them to
be attached to emails, included, and modified, in Word
documents etc.
In addition you can design your own reports with an
assistant which guides you through creating your own
reports - adding fields, selecting orders and styles.
You can create, store and produce as many reports as
you wish, containing the various selected items of information
entered into Membership Co-ordinator.
Labels can be produced for both individuals, families,
group members, visitees etc. Standard Avery label formats
are catered for, so by purchasing the appropiate Avery
(or compatible) label you can be sure they will print
correctly.
