There are a wide range of reports
and labels available within Membership Co-ordinator.
These reports can be previewed, printed and output as
Word, PDF or HTML files. this enables them to be attached
to emails, included, and modified, in Word documents
etc.
In addition a Report wizard will guide you in creating
your own reports. You can create, store and produce
as many reports as you wish, containing the various
selected items of information entered into Membership
Co-ordinator.
Labels can be produced for both individuals, households,
group members, visitees etc. Standard Avery label formats
are catered for, so by purchasing the appropiate Avery
(or compatible) label you can be sure they will print
correctly.

| Email

With each personal record you
can store their email address. With one click Membership
Co-ordinator will open your default mail client (normally
Outlook), enter their email address and enable you to
write and send an email.
In addition you can send emails to groups of people
in one operation, and attach reports, pictures, files
etc.
So, for example, if you
have a Development group you could write an email to
all members of the group and attach last months minutes
far quicker and cheaper than printing all of the minutes
labeling and posting the same report.
There are a so many different possibilies that this
can be used for; why spent money printing and posting
people reports, lists, calendars, visiting lists,
newsletters etc. - simply email the people (either as
an individual or a group) and attach the information.
