TTasks and rotas have always
been an integral part of the membership programs Data
Developments have developed over the year. In addition
to bein able to allocate people as equally as possible
to each rota and also ensuring that each person isn't
on holiday, on a conflicting rota, being visited etc.
you can also setup you own rota rules.
With these rules you can include
peoples' preferences which will be included when the
rotas are being built. So for example you could set
rules specifying preferences that John and Margaret
Smith always want to work together whereas David Lloyd
and Martin Davies do not want to work together on the
same rota at the same time.
Membership Co-ordinator will
include all of these different factors when automatically
assigning people to a rota. You can, of course, change
the people suggested by Membership Co-ordinator but
the hard work would have already been done for you.
This means that rotas can be
personlised to your particular church or charity and
make the creating of rotas a painless and efficient
task.
