Software that re-defines computerised membership administration
Groups
You can record and administer
as many groups as you wish. For example you may have
a walking group that meets regularly, has leaders, for
which a fee is charged and therefore attendance is recorded.
All of this can be recorded including one-off and irregular
dates. The personal records of group members will be
updated with group and attendance details.
Reports and letters can be produced for groups members
and leaders with ease.
Skills
and activities
You
can record the various skills and activities within the
organisation. For example you could detail the jobs people
do, the activities they are involved in, that they have
a skill for counselling etc.
When required you can easily produce reports, lists, letters
of all those who teach or are able to offer counselling
to the bereaved etc.
The power and flexibility of this function means that
any organisation can become more responsive to changing
needs.
