Groups, Skills and Activities

You can record and administer as many groups for all sorts of purposes as you wish. For example you may have a walking group that meets regularly, has leaders, for which a fee is charged and therefore attendance is recorded.

All of this can be recorded including one-off and irregular dates. These dates can then be emailed just to those people in the group all from within Membership Co-ordinator. If CRB's are required for the leaders this can also be recorded and a report produced. The personal records of group members will be updated with group and attendance details.

Reports, letters emails and even text messages can be produced or sent to the groups members and leaders with eas
e. So, for example, if a meeting had to be cancelled at the last minute you could text all the members of the group to inform them. Texting is simple, instant and cost-effective and for an increasing number of people is a preferred method of communication.

If the group leaders use Microsoft Outlook you can export the group information directly to this which could be very useful. If there phone can syncronise to Microsoft Outlook (iPhones, Blackberrys and a number of Smartphones) they could download the information to their phone!

You can also record the various skills and activities within the organisation. For example you could detail the jobs people do, the activities they are involved in, that they have a skill for counselling etc.

When required you can easily produce reports, lists, letters of all those who teach or are able to offer counselling to the bereaved etc.

The power and flexibility of this function means that any organisation can become more responsive to changing needs.


Visit management

You can record and administer as many visitors and visiting teams as you wish. You can schedule individual visits or set a visit plan in that you wish to visit these people by a certain date.

You can support 'visiting teams' with updated contact lists and feedback facilities. Each visitor can have there own visiting list, including addresses and telephone numbers, of people they are to see. If the visitor isn't sure how to get to an address you can even print directions and a map directly from the visitors house to where they are visiting.

Reports are easily produced to assist the management of visiting and to support good communication within the organisation.
