You can record and administer as many visitors as you wish. Support 'visiting teams' with updated contact lists and feedback facilities. Each visitor can have a visiting list, including addresses and telephone numbers, of people they are to see. The scheduled visits are automatically shown on the personal records of the visitors and those being visited.

Reports are easily produced to assist the management of visiting and to support good communication within the organisation.

Membership Co-ordinator does not have a limit to the number of tasks and rotas you can have active at any one time.

You can easily produce rotas including people only on the rotas they specify. When building a rota Membership Co-ordinator will automatically check to ensure that each person is included only when they say they are available, they are not on a conflicting rota, group or visit and are not on the rota too many times. You can also specify that if someone is unavailale one week insert them into the rota at the next available time.

You can ensure that tasks are shared fairly and lists are available to help people plan their involvement. Where rotas are successful you can simply extend them!
