You can setup as many different users as you wish. Each user is given their own password and specific access rights by the administrator.

These access rights can be as simple as giving read only access to one screen, all the way through to full access to all of the features.

Access rights enable flexibility and versitility in giving a wider variety of people access to the system, whilst still keeping your data both safe and secure.

People and Household

Membership Co-ordinator stores households seperately to people. WHY! If you have four people living at the same address why enter the same address details four times. Instead create the household and then attach the people to that household. Simple and effective!

The benefits of this approach means that no data is duplicated, it is easy to send seperate mailings to households or individuals, notes and photos can be stored for both an individual and family, plus many more benefits.
