Membership Co-ordinator records people and groups them together into their families as this offers more flexibility and saves duplicating information.

For example if you record a home phone number against one family member it is automatically shown on all of the other family records for those living at the same address. If they change their phone number you simply change it once and all of the records are updated automatically. Not only is it a more efficient way of storing information, common to all of the family members, it is also much easier to update.

Membership Co-ordinator also enables you to send mailings to individuals or to families, so if you need to send a mailing out why send it 4 times to each member of a family when you could send one family mailing to the whole household, you can even decide who is the family contact person(s) and so who these mailings should be addressed to. Not only does it help save time, money but also the environment!

Membership Co-ordinator will even estimate the relationships - parent/child, husband/wife etc to save you having to enter these. You can, of course, change these or even not accpet or use them at all.

Rather like getting into your car where you may adjust the seat, mirrors, put your own music on, hang furry dice etc. personlising makes them feel more comfortable and, it seems, easier to use. The same is true with Membership Co-ordinator which has a number of personalisation options.

User definable fields - Membership Co-ordinator is setup with all of the fields that we think you will need to store your information. However you may have particular individual circumstances where you wish to store certain information we haven't catered for. That's no problem you can create as many of your own fields as you wish to store all sorts of different information - you can even search and report of these extra fields.

Colour palette - We have integrated a new colour palette which you can use, customise or simply turn off. You can adjust the colours for all sorts of objects, so, for example, it may be that people with dyslexia may prefer to have a different background colour which will help them or it may be that you simply wish to highligh different areas as required or simply put your own person stamp on Membership Co-ordinator.

Window and font size - Many of the windows within Membership Co-ordinator can be made larger or smaller so increasing or decreasing the font size used. Once set the program remembers these settings for next time, so making it easier to set and keep comfortable screen layouts.
