Donations Co-ordinator includes
the facility to manage all contacts made with donors.
You can create as many contact items as you wish - telephone,
newsletter, Winter 2009 mailing etc.
You are then able to add these
items to the donors record together with the date and
notes. Donors can have as many items attached to their
contact history as required.
A number of reports and analysis
can then be printed, exported or attached to an email
to give you a clear picture as to how donors have responded
to different type of contact.
