All the audit trails you could require for an HMRC inspection are included. Sub-totals for each person, amounts received and claimed between two dates, envelope summaries, totals received and claimed for each fund/purpose etc. are all included.

A new screen even shows the each claim you have made together with each donation that was part of that claim. This can, of course, be printed or exported to e.g. Word for inclusion in a document.

Donations Co-ordinator has a wide variety of reports built in. You can produce sub-totals for each date to provide a cross-reference with the bank statement. You can produce a list of all those paying by standing order. You are even able to create your own reports or modify those already provided.
