Donations Co-ordinator automates your Gift Aid claims
|
|
Making a claim could not be easier.
You can claim by financial year or tax year depending
on whether your organisation is treated as a company
or a charitable trust for tax purposes. For example
Church of Englands churches would be treated as a company.
If you want to make a standard claim simply backup your
data, select the period, and click to produce the HMRC
approved schedules. Both the R68 (Gift Aid) and R68
(Claim) forms are printed and approved by th HMRC.
Alternatively if you want more options, choose the Advanced
claim. Now you can claim for a single fund, set a cut-off
date - only claim on donations upto 31/12/2007 and produce
duplicate schedules.
If you make a mistake in the claim, the program will
help you to reverse the claim so that you can correct
your error. If you have to refund money to the HMRC
the program will also record that.

| Reporting
options |
A wide variety of reports and
labels have been designed, to produce information in
different formats. Reports can be printed, previewed,
browsed or exported and attached to emails, for example.
A report finder included with Donations Co-ordinator
which lists each report (along with a description of
that report). A series of options then allows you to
view only the reports you are interested in making selection
easier and quicker.
Reports can include all records, or you can limit the
donors to find just the group of records required -
eg find those who give more than £300 per year
by standing order only etc. You can also produce a number
of donation, purpose and fund reports with sub-totals
and summaries if required.
For those organisations that have been audited by the
HMRC our programs have always provided the required
reports clearly and concisely.
