You can use Donations Co-ordinator to record all of your donors and their donations whether they are tax payers or not. There is no limit to the number of donors or donations you can record and you can easily make multiple claims each year.

Each donor has a unique record and they can give to as many different purposes as they wish using that one record. Each donation from each donor can be assigned to a different purpose. You are able to track all donations and produce reports. You can produce thank you letters for individuals listing all of their donations or a summary - reports which are often used for personal tax returns.

Adding donors to Donations Co-ordinator is easy and includes comprehensive error checking.

Import and Export options

Personal records can be imported from a variety of different sources including ASCII, DBF and EXCEL. If you upgrade to Donations Co-ordinator from another program you probably won't need to enter the names and addresses again.

You can export your data and all reports from within Donations Co-ordinator for use with almost any Windows program. For example you can export all payments received between two dates to a spreadsheet, produce a graph based on that information and include it within a report.
