Journal entries and multiple income or expenditure transactions can be recorded simply in Cashcall. For example if you use one paying-in slip to bank money from a variety of sources you can record amounts for different account codes and then balance it with one bank entry. This makes account analysis more accurate. You can also enter changes required by your auditor more easily.

Audit trails in Cashcall are comprehensive, automatic and provide a range of reports including a full audit trail of transactions, an auditor's report and a voided transactions list. This attention to detail is important especially if or when you receive a Charity Commission inspection.

Multiple password levels are used in Cashcall. As holder of the master password you can access the whole program and make global changes such as voiding a transaction or performing a year-end. The secondary password allows your chosen person to enter data but not to make any global changes.
