All of the standard accounting
reports are available including trial balance, detailed
trial balance, balance sheets, audit trails, transaction
details etc.
Finance Co-ordinator also provides a powerful analysis
tool. This facility enables you to analyse information
in a more detailed way than the standard reports. Using
this option you can report on groups of codes, funds,
classes, transaction amount, reference, date, even text
added to transactions. The report can also show the
comparatives with last year!
You can produce a variety of other useful reports in
Finance Co-ordinator such as bank reconciliation, cost
centre reports, monthly, quarterly and annual reports,
budget report, suppliers, grantors and agency reports
plus many more.
The Charities Act requires you to report on your funds
to help ensure transparency. At the click of a button
Finance Co-ordinator can print your Asset Register -
the report that shows how all of your assets are allocated
between funds, Statement of Financial Activity (SOFA)
and many other fund analysis reports.
ALL of the reports produced from Finance Co-ordinator
can be exported to Excel, Word, HTML, TXT or even PDF
so that they can be attached to an email!
