Budgets facility

Cashcall has a powerful budget facility. You can set a budget on any income or expenditure account heading or fund. You can set it for each period and/or an entire year.

Cashcall produces reports on budgets including throughput against budgets, which show totals for each period to date. You can analyse your budgeted income and expenditure, for example: What were the stationery costs last month? How much have we received for magazine subs so far this year? What was the total for building repairs? Have we exceeded our budget?

Account headings can also be grouped together when you produce budget reports enabling budgets to be set on cost centres.

Standing order facility

You can set up Standing Orders for income or expenditure items, to continue for any length of time and for different frequencies such as weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, annually etc. Once created you can even edit them and change amounts, dates etc.

Cashcall will remind you when Standing Orders are due. If necessary you can change the amount and/or date on each individual transaction before posting them to your accounts. To make reconciliation easier Cashcall posts Standing Orders as normal transactions.
